Combining spy movies, steampunk, and supernatural elements with the generous help of weirdness and whimsy, this follows the title character, which is a robot head that can be screwed to various bodies with different abilities that he can use . It happened in the mid-19th century, when Screw-On Head received orders directly from President Lincoln. The idea originated from a one-off comic book written and drawn by Mike Mignola. The TV pilot followed the comic very closely and expanded it when there was time to further develop the character. This is totally crazy-in a good way-and perhaps the most interesting is the talent that brings pilots to life. Of course, Mignola is the creator of the critically acclaimed Hellboy comic series (carried on the big screen by Gilmour Del Toro). Bryan Fuller assisted in the preparation of the pilot and implementation production projects. Voice geniuses include Paul Giamatti (Paul Giamatti) as the screw head, Patton Oswalt (Patton Oswalt) as his footman, Mr. Groyne, and Molly Shannon as the vampire patient, great David Hyde Pierce (David Hyde Pierce) plays the evil zombie emperor.

Starring: Paul Giamatti, Barton Oswalt, Molly Shannon, David Hyde Pierce

As early as 2006, Science Fiction Channel produced a pilot episode for this strange little animation series, but unfortunately it never appeared in the series. The Network put it on their website and allowed viewers to vote on it-Amazon will do things to its pilots for a period of time-but obviously the response was not positive enough. In the end, the show may be too far from the left field to attract a large number of viewers on the Internet at that time. And since the comic is just a shot, it does not attract many viewers from the media. But I will definitely like at least one of this season, it will definitely become a cult classic.

Absolutely! At least for a while. Of course, this distance is very long and may not attract the general audience, but I believe it can find the audience and may become a genre gem. This situation may still happen, and may function better in the current TV environment. Since it is animated, the original actors and crew can pick it up from where they stopped. It will be very suitable for adult swimming lineups or Syfy's TZGZ, the network trying to attract adult animation audiences. It may also be very suitable for one of the streaming services. Unfortunately, the property never gained many followers, and it has since been downgraded to a forgotten antique. Maybe, if fans show some interest, The Amazing Screw-On Head may be resurrected, but this is almost certainly out of reach.

The pilot episode was released on DVD, but it is now out of print and the price is quite high. And it is currently not possible to purchase VOD. (The TPB version of the comic is still available). You can find this pilot episode on YouTube from time to time, and I strongly recommend you to check out its madness and get a glimpse of what these amazing talents might bring.

I have never heard of The Amazing Screw-On Head, and now I am very shocked by the fact that it has never had a chance to get up and hit the ball! Gululu! ! ! ! If any network means business, it needs to be introduced through some serious publicity. .. I mean, they have to put all this on the table like Bond is betting in a casino. Then it may start to gather a surprising group of followers. Think about sales!
