It keeps me full longer and gives me energy for the day.” —Ann Pagano, M.D., OBGYN at Ocean University Medical Center  “I usually go for something high-protein and high-fiber, such as an egg-white sandwich with low-fat cheese, high-fiber whole-grain bread and possibly a piece of fruit.” —Nicholas DeNunzio, M.D., Ph.D., radiation oncologist at Hackensack University Medical Center
