Week 6 in college football betting is here, and there's an endless stream of info to take in with a huge slate of games. We're helping you out and delivering the most important college football odds, weather, and key injuries for Week 6 action.

Welcome back for the newest edition of breaking down all the major news you need to know before betting on Week 6 in college football.

It's hard to believe we're already this far into the season, and the games just continue to ramp up with intensity across the entire slate. Let's look into the biggest matchups, breaking news, key injuries, and any funky weather that might be on the horizon.

After coming into the season unranked, the Tennessee Volunteers are ranked No. 8 and will travel to take on the No. 25 LSU Tigers.

The Vols will look to keep their undefeated season alive and are currently registered as -2.5 faves, with the total hovering at a monstrous 64.5. Tennessee is 3-1 against the spread and LSU is 3-2.

Texas and Oklahoma will square off in a battle of two rank- oh, wait? Sorry, in a battle of unranked teams. Yes, you read that right. For the first time since 1998, these teams meet as unranked.

Either way, this should prove to be an exciting matchup, with last year's game ending 55-48 in favor of Oklahoma (who covered the -4 line FYI). For this installment, Texas is pegged as 8.5 faves at the neutral site, but the total is still a whopping 65.5.

The newest installment of the Shamrock Series takes place in Las Vegas this weekend when the BYU Cougars and Notre Dame Fighting Irish square off. Notre Dame is yet to lose a game in the Shamrock Series and stands as a -3.5 favorite. However, the 4-1 Cougars may have the best chance yet to beat Notre Dame under the bright lights of Vegas.

After missing the past month with a shoulder injury, Quinn Ewers is set to return for Texas against Oklahoma. Ewers' return may be playing a factor in the Longhorns' line of -8.5 after they opened as -5 favorites against the Sooners. Depending on how much action Texas sees, books may bring that number even higher.

This game has too many question marks. Quarterback Bryce Young could be forced to sit out against Texas A&M after suffering a sprained AC joint last week against Arkansas. If Young can't suit up, freshman Jalen Milroe will get the call against an A&M team capable of making the Crimson Tide sweat.

However, it's also important to note Aggies' starting QB Max Johnson suffered a broken bone in his throwing hand and could potentially miss the season — and obviously this game. Haynes King will take over for Johnson.

An upset spot could be looming with Kentucky's Will Levis potentially out against South Carolina. Levis suffered a hand injury last week against Ole Miss — and although it's not confirmed that he'll be out — Mark Stoops' words weren't very promising.

I am back once again to provide you all with another glorious weather update on our key matchups and highlight any other weather patterns that may come around to screw up your betting slip.

Texas and Oklahoma will be treated to a beautiful day in come kickoff, with the sun out and temperature a comfortable 71 degrees. This will most definitely help these teams reach a monstrous total of 65.5

Sunshine seems to be the pattern as Tennessee and LSU will also be treated to a bright and sunny day, with temperatures hovering around the 80s. Taking a look around the rest of the country, it seems to look like that beautiful fall weather has reached us, with plenty of rays and some chilly temps to go around for everybody. As of now, it looks like teams in Florida won't be getting that same love, with lots of rain to go around in those matchups.

As with many things, weather can change fairly quickly, so be sure to keep up to date with the latest weather reports using our weather tracker below. As always, happy betting and enjoy your weekends. Weatherman LaRusic, out!
