We are professional in producing engine powered equipment, such as generator sets, pump sets, and construction equipment. We have CE, EPA and CSA certificates. Our company is located in Wuxi City, near Shanghai. Many of our subsidiary factories are around us. In 2012, we moved the light construction machinery to a new factory called Anhui H-Power Machinery Co., Ltd. Based in Meizhu industry zone, Anhui province. We adopt advanced technology in product development. In addition, we can develop products according to our clients' demands, which ensures our products be widely applied and accepted for the developing markets in the world. Q: What's your power range of Generators?
A: H-Power provides the range from 5kva-15kva.
Q: What's your lead time?
A: H-Power can deliver within 15-30 working days after we get the deposit usually.
Q: What's your payment?
A: H-Power can accept T/T 30% in advance, and the balance 70% shall be paid defore shipment or L/C at sight. But based on some special project and order, we can adjust payment item.
Q: What's your warranty?
A: H-Power can offer one year or 1000hours (according to whichever reach first) from Ex-Factory date. However, the warranty for some special projects will be extended.
Q: How can I get the sample to check your quality?
A: After price is confirmed, you can get samples to check our product's quality and design. We will provide sample as long as you afford the express freight and sample cost.
Q: How can I get the price?
A: We can usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent, pls call or email us directly.
Q: What's your MOQ?
A: H-Power can accept samll power generator MOQ for 10 or 20 sets. Others for 1 sets.
